Business Class to Europe for 56K Miles

Pam

One of our favorite airlines is Singapore Airlines. I’ve flown them on my dream flight in Singapore Suites, Alex flew it in business class, and Jess flew it in business and economy. Jess compared the two seats, and of course, business class was tops, but she says it is a GREAT economy class product too! Through 3/31, booking to Europe for 56,000 miles in business class is available—AMAZING! 30% off an award redemption is a great deal.

Occasionally, Singapore Airlines offers Spontaneous Escapes—the perfect time to book an award flight. There are many flight destinations on sale, but this is the one that interests me (and many of you) the most.

Why We Love This

Singapore Airlines is a transfer partner of all the major banks. That means you can transfer to Singapore regardless of what transferable points you have. We’re talking AMEX Membership Rewards, Capital One Venture Miles, Chase Ultimate Rewards, and Citi ThankYou Points.

We also love this because there is still availability even though you need to book and travel soon. I checked our departure date from JFK on April 11th and found availability throughout that week. You can position to JFK and position from Frankfurt to get your dream European vacation if you can take advantage of being flexible.

This is how we traveled on our recent trip to Paris—JFK to Frankfurt and then grabbed a cheap flight to Paris from a European low-cost carrier (EasyJet and Ryan Air are good options). We got there early enough to still enjoy the day!

Bottom Line

Taking advantage of special promos, and having the flexibility to do so, can help you score a great weekend getaway or a longer visit to any European city. Booking to Europe for 56,000 miles in business class doesn’t happen all the time—will you be taking advantage of this promo?
