While we love using our points for hotel stays and flights, it’s even better if those points can pay for your meals, drinks, and snacks on vacation, too! If the Caribbean is on your bucket list, you can book many all-inclusive resorts with various types of points in different locations throughout this gorgeous part of the world. Here’s our list of all-inclusive resorts in the Caribbean you can book with points!
Between Punta Cana and Santo Domingo, Hilton La Romana has sandy beaches and stunning water for your vacation. The Hilton La Romana offers both a family-focused all-inclusive resort and an adults-only hotel, so there’s something for whatever type of trip you want to have.
The adults-only resort features a private beach, two pools, five restaurants, and five bars/lounges. This Hilton also has a casino, spa, and resort activities like dance lessons.
The family-focused resort features four outdoor pools, six restaurants, and a kids’ club and teens’ club for the family. If you’re looking for an underwater adventure, this property even has its own dive center.
Sample Booking: Let’s say you’re planning an adults-only getaway with your Player 2 or a friend. I found standard room availability in the adults-only section of this resort in September for 86,000 points per night. That’s good value for your points at a high-end, all-inclusive resort.
Booking Tips:
Redeem four nights, and get the fifth night free when you redeem points for a consecutive five-night Hilton Hotel stay. You can receive a fifth reward night free, redeemable at that same hotel during that same stay.

Iberostar Waves Costa Dorada is an all-inclusive resort in beautiful Puerto Plata, Dominican Republic. This family-friendly resort has direct access to a gorgeous beach and has a main pool as well as two children’s pools. This nature-inspired property has plenty to do for active families, like archery, beach volleyball, and tennis.
The hotel has a main buffet restaurant and specialty restaurants serving Mexican, Italian, and Japanese cuisine. Puerto Plata also offers many activities away from the resort, such as an art museum, a cable car, shopping, and a rum tour.
Sample Booking: You can book this property for four nights over the July 4 U.S. holiday for 55,000 IHG points per night.
Booking Tips:
Redeem three nights, and get the fourth night free when you redeem points for a consecutive four-night IHG® hotel stay. You can receive a fourth reward night free, redeemable at that same hotel during that same stay.

If you’re looking for an adults-only getaway later in 2025 or beyond, consider Secrets St. Lucia. This property is scheduled to open in June 2025. This resort is slated to have an infinity pool and a Preferred Club pool, a spa, and many entertainment and sports options. The rooms look beautiful and some include swim-out access! Dining options include nine restaurants with five à la carte gourmet options.

While Wyndham is known for its budget properties in the U.S., internationally, you can find higher-end options, such as the Wyndham Alltra all-inclusive resort in Punta Cana, Dominican Republic. The recently renovated Wyndham Alltra sits on Punta Cana’s Uvero Alto Beach, offering a family-friendly escape. The resort offers adults a free-form pool, fitness center, luxurious spa, game room, and movie theater. Younger travelers can enjoy a pirate-themed water park, an outdoor play area, and kids’ clubs. In addition to the property’s 20 restaurants and bars, you can dine on your balcony with 24/7 room service.
Sample Booking: This property is currently at the top of Wyndham’s award chart, and you can book it for 30,000 Wyndham points. While redeeming points for this stay might not make sense at off-peak times, standard rooms cost more than $600 per night at peak times.
