Let’s talk all about Alaska Airlines’s Atmos™ Rewards Credit Cards. When it comes to maximizing travel value, airline credit cards can be a powerful tool in your wallet. For frequent flyers on the West Coast or anyone who loves exploring destinations across the U.S., Hawaii, Mexico, and beyond, the Alaska Airlines credit cards stand out.
With the launch of Atmos Rewards™, Alaska reimagined how travelers earn and use points. Unlike traditional airline loyalty programs, Atmos lets you choose how to earn—by distance flown, by dollars spent, or by flight segments. (I’m still not sure how I would choose). These co-branded cards are issued through Bank of America, and I’ve used a couple of them for years.
Here are the newly re-named cards that I’ve used, along with their new premium card:
This is Alaska’s core personal credit card and the best beginner card for most travelers.

Alaska Airlines’s Atmos™ Rewards credit cards make travel easier and more affordable. With perks like a free checked bag, the Companion Fare, and flexible Atmos™ Rewards points, you can save money while earning miles for future trips. Whether you fly often or just a few times a year, these cards can add real value to your travels. Read more about each of these cards and their current welcome offers here. Alaska Airline credit cards have been a part of my portfolio since my early days of travel and with the new program and new premium card, I think this will continue.
