I listen to every episode, thanks so much for all the help you give! I was recently denied for a business Southwest card. Before receiving my denial letter, the automated line said 2 weeks. After receiving the letter, the automated line says 7-10 days. Does Chase ever change their mind and approve a card after a denial? Or is the 7-10 day message on the automated line a fluke? Trying to decide if I should call the reconsideration line or wait and see if I will be approved.
Honestly, there is nothing set in stone. At this point, I’d call reconsideration.
