I’d have to say that American Airlines is an airline that I don’t usually fly because it doesn’t have as big of a presence in Denver as others. I have used it a few times to travel from Phoenix to Puerto Vallarta and also to London in business class seats, and I have no complaints. I’ve earned a fair amount of American Airlines miles and they are a great way to get to the Caribbean from several destinations. Let’s discuss the Barclays AAdvantage Credit Cards — the easiest points ever!
In the past, we wrote about Citibank credit cards which allow you to earn AA miles. Well, the card with the easiest minimum spend of all time also earns AA miles. Welcome to the AAdvantage Aviator Red World Elite Mastercard. Barclays offers this card and is in a different class! Right now, you can earn 70,000 AA miles after a single purchase! Yep, you heard right—a single purchase of $1! The Barclays AAdvantage credit cards offer an easy way to ramp up your AAdvantage miles.
The AAdvantage Aviator Red World Elite Mastercard is hands down the easiest credit card to get a bonus on. One purchase and at least 50,000 AAdvantage miles are yours! Right now, that is elevated to 70,000 AAdvantage miles—amazing!
The AAdvantage Aviator World Elite Business Mastercard doesn’t give you the bonus points after just one purchase, but it is still pretty amazing. You only have to spend $4,000 in 3 months—totally doable for a beginner!
Remember that the personal card will affect your 5/24 status. However, if you travel on American Airlines a lot, it may be worth taking a spot. My husband was at 3/24 and we recently filled a spot with the Aviator Red card, bringing him to 4/24. We needed 10,000 more AA points for a trip, so it was a no-brainer.
The Barclays AAdvantage Red World Elite Aviator card may be the single easiest way to earn miles. I know of no other card that offers you miles after just one purchase. If you can fly American Airlines easily, I’d certainly add it to your wallet! The Barclays AAdvantage credit cards can definitely help you in your points/miles pursuits!

Can you transfer points between player 1 and player 2 on these cards?
Yes, but they charge a fee and that isn’t worth doing, in my opinion. I prefer to just book tickets separately.
