Singapore’s KrisFlyer Business Class Lounge

Pam

On our return flight from Singapore, we flew business class which allowed us to check out Singapore’s KrisFlyer Business Class Lounge at Changi Airport. It is their flagship lounge, and it is massive! There are so many places to sit and work. I was very impressed. Considering how much I enjoy the airline, the fact that this was an amazing lounge should not have surprised me.

It is located on the level above security in Terminal 3. To get to it, turn left and go up an escalator. Although it is a very large lounge, it was quite full. We first turned right to go into the lounge, which was the smaller side. We later realized it had a smaller bar and food area.

Upon exploration, Alex and Jess found a larger area if you turn left upon entry. There were about three seating areas in that larger area.

Food Options in the Lounge

As expected, the lounge had abundant Asian food that looked amazing. However, we were full from lunch and didn’t get much. Dumplings, sushi, interesting noodle dishes, and hot soups were there. Additionally, there was a pasta bar with Asian and Western options. Fruit, desserts, and even ice cream and toppings were available, as well as a huge assortment of beverages including sodas, alcohol, teas, and coffee.

Honestly, I was very impressed. I found Western options including chicken nuggets, French fries, and penne parmigiana.

The food was presented beautifully.

Decor in the Lounge

The KrisFlyer Lounge in Singapore is beautiful. Leather seating, attractive colors, stunning lighting, and gorgeous flower decorations make it look very luxurious. The black touches to the food area and the food presentation were especially beautiful.

The lounge had ample charging stations, including charging docks for our iPhones. My only complaint was that it was pretty warm if you were in a side-sitting area when we were there.

Bottom Line

As a lover of airport lounges, Singapore’s KrisFlyer Business Class Lounge can now be added to my favorites list. The decor was impressive, and the food was among the most interesting selections ever.
