    Great episode! Sorry for your fiasco but glad your sister made it back in time. Pam, I am curious about the part where you said you used the free night certificate from your husband’s Hyatt card. How does that work? Were you able to transfer it to yourself like you can with points?

    • Pam says:

      Hyatt is great about letting you share points/certificates with others. I couldn’t transfer it, but I had booked it with his card and he called and had them put me on the reservation and told him I would be the one using it. I’ve gifted relatives my stays this exact same way. I book it and then call and tell them who is staying there.
